We train twice a week, one session just for us and one together with the men's team making some friendly competition and even more people to get to know. We welcome all levels, from total beginners to experienced players, you'll learn all you need to know at practice. Throughout the season we compete in the bedriftsliga and join some cups, so there's plenty of chances to test your skills against other teams (and celebrate afterwards!🌟).

Beyond volleyball, we're a group that loves hanging out together, doing dinners, social events, walks and everything in between. NHHI Volleyball Women's is perfect if you want to stay active while being part of a social and welcoming team🏐See you on the court!
