NHHI Amerikansk Fotball

NHHI American Football was established in 2011 and currently consists of around 30 individuals from all academic years, with different levels of experience, we have had everything from GFL-champions to complete beginners join the team. We train twice a week during the season, but we take a break during the exam period. Throughout the semester, we compete against other student teams and for the last three years we have competed in D2 where we also get to play senior teams.  We usually participate in the student championships, and are the reigning Norwegian student champions. We’ve also won the Student Games in rugby (2018).

In recent years because of the opportunity to play in the second division, the athletic performances of the team have never been greater. We aim to build on the team’s sporting success, which is why we conduct purely athletic tryouts. American football is a highly specialized sport, and we welcome a diverse range of individuals to join us, regardless of size. You are warmly invited to showcase your skills!

Beyond the athletic aspect, we’re a tight-knit and sociable group that enjoys bonding events, pre-parties, cabin trips, and international excursions.
