NHHI Håndball Herrer

We are the men's handball team at NHHI, and we're always looking for new players.

We train twice a week and play in the 3rd division, western region. Whether you've played at a high level before or haven't touched a ball since juniors, there's a place for you! What matters most is that you show up, put in the effort, and have fun.

Off the court, we're a genuinely social bunch. A fair share of the team spirit is built in the changing room and the sauna, where the banter runs constantly. If you miss that kind of dressing room culture, this is the team for you.

Every year we host a Christmas dinner and an end-of-season party together with the women's team, and this year we're also going on a blåtur (mystery trip) with them. Beyond that, you'll find us at pre-parties and nights out with the other NHH teams, and hanging out plenty outside of handball as well.

We also compete beyond the league. We take part in Studentlekene (the Student Games), and this year we're planning to join the beach handball tournament in Bergen this autumn and a handball tournament in Trondheim over the winter.

All you need to bring is sportswear, a pair of indoor training shoes and a good attitude :)
